A: Yes, but it obviously is not required to make this work. The OTO is a pack of 6 done for you web commercials that are all ready to be sold to clients 
This will speed up your results because you don’t have to create your first few videos.

A: It’s just a fancy word I use for a web video that promotes a businesses.
